Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or above education qualification or equivalent Professional qualification
· Minimum 5 years experience in the international student recruitment industry preferably with experience in International Admissions in Australia
· Excellent communication skills and convincing ability with stakeholders
· Ability to develop a strong and positive relationship with overseas universities and partner institutes
· Knowledge and understanding of the international student recruitment sector in Australia including university admission and visa processing
· Ability to work productively within a team environment and provide leadership to a team of Counsellors.
