Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of counseling experience in the education industry; candidates with banking or life insurance sales experience are also encouraged.
• Excellent communication, customer service, marketing, and convincing skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with overseas universities and partner institutions.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of the destination and outbound education systems is a plus.
